My take on Christmas Eve dinner Roman style:

From the top: Caviar tarts, Assorted cheese, Fried vegetables (artichokes, broccoli and zucchini), Spaghetti in Tuna Ragú, Lobster with lobster-brandy roux, Homemade castagnole, Pandoro.

Moderate dosage of riesling, help from friends and family.
